50 TO 125 PSI 1/8" NPT (M) and 1/4" NPT (R).
The RETRAK PROGRAMMER is a 4-way valve with built in logic elements providing output signal at end of cylinder travel. Diagram shows logic system on one side only. Porting is: 1 (supply), 2 & 3 (cylinder), 4 & 5 (exhaust), Y & Y' (pilot output), A & A' (signal output).
The RETRAK PROGRAMMER is not critical to supply pressure and no adjustment is required other than for cylinder speed which may be controlled by exhaust plugs furnished.
HOW THEY WORK.
Pressure signal at Y shifts spool, pressurizing cylinder port 2, also supplying
bleed flow through open sensor to port A'. When cylinder travel is completed,
sensor diaphragm pressure reaches zero (dotted line), closing signal circuit
and converting bleed flow to a positive sequential signal. The output signal
rises to line pressure, remaining as long as valve is in actuated state.
For dwell at end of cylinder travel or for positive position sensing, the
signal circuit can be held open by simple logic elements
STOCK MODELS IN TWO SIZES -
MVP (1/8") and RVP (1/4"):
MVP-, RVP-115: Signal output at A' only
MVP-, RVP-215: Signal output at A and A'
For bottom porting, change letter P to B.
Auxiliary manual operators are standard.
